LET ME TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF.

I'm Kimberly Ann Hawes — creator of Just Zen the Fuck Out, two-time award-winning artist, and a woman who's spent a lifetime chasing the feeling of a well-designed room.

My work has hung in galleries from Dubai to Germany, France, Switzerland, and Madrid — with plenty of love right here at home in Pittsburgh too. Somewhere in between all of that, my appreciation for Japanese aesthetics took root and never let go — the restraint, the intention, the idea that a space can hold silence and still say everything. That influence runs through everything I make.

I've always believed the rooms we live in shape the people we become in them. Cluttered space, cluttered head. Calm space, clear one. That belief is the whole reason Just Zen the F*ck Out exists — a place where color, interiors, art, and a little bit of chaos-energy come together to help you build a home that actually feels like you.
